Babcock4S has been awarded national accreditation by
the Department for Education to provide education expertise to
Academies and Free Schools under a new educational services
framework.
Our company is one of 12 nationally approved
providers, selected to provide education expertise and guidance in
the establishment of new academies and free schools.
Working in partnership with sponsors and proposers
in their journey to open their new academy or free school,
Babcock4S will provide a broad range of expertise, including
developing the education vision and strategy, curriculum, staffing
structure and recruitment Our team includes Babcock 4S consultants
and associate head teachers across primary, secondary and SEN
phases, many with experience of setting up academies.
The DfE will publish 'mini-bids' to the 12 framework
companies and Babcock4S will then select which to pursue in line
with their overall growth strategy.
Babcock expects to see most opportunities coming
through for free schools and for poorly performing schools that the
DfE is seeking to convert to academy status.
